An ideal location for families and groups that want to stay close without sharing the same property! Walk to Snow Summit Ski Resort and be close to the Lake. These two units offer the cabin aesthetic with a location that truly cannot be beaten.
LIVING SPACE - Both the upstairs and downstairs units offer a comfortable 1100+ sq ft (per unit) floor plan with a living room, dining table, bar seating, brick faced wood burning fireplace and plenty of comfortable living room seating in each.
ROOMS & BEDS - Combined 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bath. The upstairs unit's master bedroom has a King bed, bath with garden tub, and deck access. The upstairs unit's loft bedroom has a double bed. The lower unit's first bedroom has two double beds. The lower unit's second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room in the lower unit also has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Both units feature Granite countertops, stoves with ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, blenders, toasters, coffee makers, crockpots, rice cookers, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. The upstairs unit also includes a dishwasher.
AMENITIES - Both units feature board games including Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Cable TVs, fast WiFi, and Blu-ray DVD players. Relax in the huge tub in the upstairs unit master or cozy up with a book near the cozy wood burning fireplace after walking back from the slopes. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Hot tub, deck and patio furniture, and a barbecue to meet all your grilling needs!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
