Wake up and walk straight to the lifts for skiing and snowboarding, or enjoy being only moments away from beautiful lake activities, mountain biking, and the charming Village shops and restaurants.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2100+ sq ft cozy mountain home. The inviting living room features plush seating, a large TV, and a gorgeous wood-burning fireplace that sets the scene for memorable evenings. A spacious dining table and convenient bar seating make gathering for meals easy and enjoyable.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Fourth bedroom has a king bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Enjoy endless entertainment with the dedicated game room featuring bubble hockey, air hockey, and a 60+ game classic arcade system. You’ll also find board games, card games, Smart TVs with cable and streaming options, and fast WiFi throughout the home. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience. And of course, nothing beats warming up by the cozy wood-burning fireplace after a day on the slopes.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
