ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Fourth bedroom has a king bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with bubble hockey, air hockey, and video arcade game with 60+ classic games! Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Large floating deck with patio furniture, gas barbecue, and a large 8 person spa. Enjoy the illuminated large back deck and fenced yard with string lights! Outdoor activities include a horseshoe pit and putting green.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
