Located just 0.1 miles from the entrance to Snow Summit Ski Resort, this mountain retreat offers convenient access to skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and year-round recreation without the hassle of resort parking.
With a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable gathering spaces, and a dedicated mudroom for storing ski gear, Summit X-ross Roads accommodates up to 8 guests and provides a practical, inviting setting for families and groups.
LIVING & DINING
The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a wood-burning fireplace with a stone surround, creating a welcoming place to relax after a day on the mountain. Enjoy a Smart TV, fast WiFi, and a dining area with table and bar seating for shared meals and conversation. Board games and card games are also available for entertainment.

Very beautiful home. 2 bedrooms with loft with 2 beds on 3rd floor.. Total of 5 beds. 2 full restrooms. Balcony on 2nd floor. Cookware provided. Washer and dryer in home. Resorts very close by.

We've stayed here everytime we come to Big Bear for the last 4-5 years. The layout with the loft works perfectly for two families. While the parents take the bedrooms, all the kids hangout in the loft. It's a bit outdated, but it's sooo close to the slopes that my kids walk up and down throughout the day with no issues. We keep coming back because of the location.

The house had all the comforts we could have needed for a great ski weekend along with an excellent location super close to the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils and pots and pans. Plenty of additional blankets and comfortable storage space for equipment.

Very close to Snow Summit. Maybe 8 mins walking from the door to the closest lift. We had a great time there. A few things need to be fixed like the front door bolt, dishwasher rocks and the stove doesn't ignite very well. But nothing that would keep us from staying here again.Also the listing says 3 parking spots but the signage says only 2.

We went for my husbands spartan race. We were just steps away from mountain. I had to sleep a lot due to my vertigo so I can definitely say the beds are comfy..loved for the kids that things were in walking distance. Rooms were clean.

5 minutes Walk up to the slopes. Came back for lunch and back up for some night ski. Property was clean but kitchen appliances need to be updated ( the garbage disposal was out of order). And my back hurt from the worn out mattress.

We were thrilled with everything! The ski in - ski out option was super fun and the concierge service was way cool! We ordered the fully stocked fridge and the wood for the fire and ate in every night and watched movies and had a fire every night! And the 3 levels of rooms was perfect! So we had our together time and our privacy. And everything was super clean! Thank you!

The cabin was great. The location was excellent. We could literally walk to the ski lifts. They were less than 50 yards from the cabin. The TV had to be put on the right input, but the cabin has cable and the wifi worked great. Would love to stay here again.

This was the best experience ever!!!! Family had never seen snow we were able to go around the local area enjoy our time and come back to the comfort of home at the end of the day we were able to just enjoy a movie together in the living room kids weren't in theirs rooms which was the cherry on top of our sundae

We stayed one night. We were 7 (3 adults and 4 kids between 4 and 10). Place is extremely well located. You can just walk to Snow Summit, which was awesome. We didn't have to worry about parking. The place accommodated 2 car parking, which also was good since we had 2. The place is old, however pretty well maintained. So even if things were old, we felt very comfortable. As any old houses, the heater works well in some rooms and not in some others...

It was a very good experience, we love to be so close to the mountain. The rooms are just fine and the space perfect for two families. The only thing I could say is that the third floor, it was freezing, the heat does not go up, so could be a good idea to bring a heater. The cabin has enough blankets, the pillows were perfect, and we had a GREAT time!.. Thank you
