ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. The upstairs master suite has a queen bed, sitting area, TV, and private bath. The downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The downstairs third bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds. The game room has a sleeper sofa and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
