Clean and had everything we needed in the cabin!

Everything was fantastic our cabin was clean very cozy we had reservations for 2 days check in Saturday check out Monday we were having such a wonderful time we called the office and asked if we could stay another night and cabin was available we payed for another night and enjoyed another tranquil night our cabin felt like home away from home Thank you Big Bear Cool Cabins for an awesome experience

Stay was excellent, the cabin was awesome only problem was the window upstairs had a hole and had to change the heater batteries because didn't work the first night. My family and I had a blast will be back soon

Check in and check out was fast without any hassle. The cabin was cute and tidy with rustic decor, just the right size for our family of 3 and lots of room on the property for our dog to run around. Close to everything we needed. Would most definitely book another cabin.

It was an incredible way to get away from city life and find ground again. Blue spruce is hauntingly beautiful. Amazing for kids and pets too!

Cool cabins: The staff were kind helpful so friendly and helpful also generous! they gave us two kayak tickets, 70.00 dollar value also we have a dog and they gave him a dog bowl and treats and those dogie pop bags lol i would difinitely book with them again

We love staying @ Sweet Blue Spruce! We had one MAJOR issue, this time. The neighbor across the street, with the 2 big dogs. The one dog NEVER SHUT UP! We asked repeatedly, to please control your dog's barking! Thank u

Pretty cool cabin

We love Big Bear Cool Cabins. Easy Check in/check out, the place we rented was awesome, we also had quick response and service on some questions on the cabin's fireplace. Great trip, we will be back! Thank you Big Bear Cool Cabins!

Love the Little Blue Spruce cabin! We have stayed there 3 times and will continue to stay there. Location to the Village and the surrounding area is great for ALL activities! Being dog-friendly was & is the main reason we stay there. We will see you again soon.....

Wish the parking and handrails to the sweat blue spouse house were good. House is good and dealing with cool cabins was pleasant

Booked a weekend with cool cabins at their Sweet Blue Spruce cabin. Ended up in the middle of a major snow storm so stayed a few extra days. Cool cabins was professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Will be booking with them again in the future

Sweet Blue Spruce is a cute cozy little cabin! We had such a great time! The cabin met most of our expectations, although there were a few things that were a little disappointing. We had some issues with the gas fireplace. Maintenance was called early that morning and he promptly showed shortly after the call was made. We had a problem with smoke entering the cabin from the fireplace. The flue was open, but smoke still made its way inside the cabin. It was so bad that the smoke detectors were set off. We were very thankful the smoke detectors worked properly!Maintenance made a suggestion, stating that we should leave the gas line on so that there was a constant flame. We did exactly that, but smoke still entered the cabin. So instead of dealing with the smell of smoke and hearing the loud alarm, we decided not to use it. It was a disappointment since this was a feature we were excited to have and use. While maintenance was there, I pointed out that the shower drain wasn't draining properly. He put Drano down the drain and gave us instructions on what to do after. It helped a lot, but it still wasn't cleared. We were grateful that he at least made it better!We really did enjoy ourselves! The kids had fun in the backyard playing in the snow. It was a large yard so that was nice! The gate at the entrance was stuck open because of ice and snow, but after some shoveling, we were able to close it, but it had a large gap. Our dogs were able to fit through the gap, so we were never able to leave them outside unattended. We have a Boxer, Chihuahua and Terrier. They did have a dog run cable attached to two of the trees so that was nice to have!This cabin had plenty of games, puzzles and VHS movies. It did have a DVD player, but we didn't find any DVD's. We went to RED BOX at the grocery store and rented one.The heater worked great! All the appliances worked well, but we never used the dishwasher. They could use a larger coffee pot. It was only a 4 cup coffee maker. There were lots of pots and pans, but no cookie sheet that we could find. Bring one if you plan on making cookies.We were very close to The Village and Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain. This cabin is also close to Big Bear Cool Cabins office. We had a problem opening the lock box to retrieve the keys to the cabin. Office staff from Cool Cabins walked over a key to us! Overall, it was a great trip! We will definitely do this again next winter. We may even stay in this cabin again.

We stayed at the sweet blue spruce and it exceeded our expectations they literally had everything u need... from snow gear to kids toys literally everything u need in a home we had a wonderful time check in went smoothly we will definitely book with cool cabins for our next trip.
