ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed and deck access. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and deck access. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed, bunkbed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Foosball Table, smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
