ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed, and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Natural wood countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, and DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Private hot tub in large yard. Large deck with patio furniture and gas barbecue.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
