Downstairs fourth bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a TV. Living Room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
