Carp Round-Up 2022

Welcome to Big Bear Municipal Water District's Carp Round-Up! Take part in the reaping that helps control Big Bear Lake's carp population.

All hunters have the choice of fishing by rod & reel or bow & arrow. Choose to fish from shore or by boat.

Participate as an individual fisherman or as a bowhunter on a team of two. If you register alone as a bow hunter, you will be paired with another single hunter and the weights will be combined at the end of each weigh in.

You must be in the weigh-in line before 4PM Saturday and 2PM Sunday.

Prizes will be given for biggest and smallest carp as well as biggest catfish caught.

To participate in the “Biggest Fish 50/50 Side Pool”, you must sign-up for that before 7AM on SATURDAY. That is $20 per hunter.
