One Sky Week

Dark Sky International is a global leader in dark sky advocacy, offering a robust framework for astrotourism and education around mitigating light pollution. In the week leading up to their annual conference, Under One Sky, our One Sky Week event is hosting night hikes with telescope stargazing and sharing digital content to illustrate how Care for Big Bear is promoting our local Dark Sky Initiative.
