There will be 30 Tagged Trout, all worth cash prizes including: 5 Grand Prize Tagged Trout Worth $10k each! Win up to $50k! Now that’s worth fishing for! Anglers can begin fishing Saturday and Sunday from 6 AM to 2 PM.
Event Photographers will be present at all event locations. Please be aware that by purchasing entry into this event, that you consent to the use of your voice, name and/or likeness being used in any and all media (video, photo, print, etc.) without notice or compensation.
Registration
This is a two-day trout derby. Online & phone pre-registration ends at 5 PM on Thursday, June 10, 2021. In-person registration takes place from 12 noon - 10 PM on Friday, June 11, 2021. There is no entry on June 12 - only check-in for pre-registered anglers.
Pre-registered participants will check in either Friday, June 11 from 12 noon - 10 PM or Saturday, June 12 prior to 6 AM. Check-in is located at 630 Bartlett Rd in The Village.
Entry is $80 for adults and $30 for participants under age 16. Entries are limited to the first 550 registered anglers.

The awards ceremony takes place on Sunday, June 13 at 3:30 PM at Bartlett Parking Lot located at 630 Bartlett Rd in the Big Bear Village. The awards ceremony includes a general raffle with thousands of dollars' worth of fishing gear, bait and tackle from national manufacturers. Anglers have a chance to win a brand new fishing Kayak as part of a separate raffle courtesy of Big Bear Sporting Goods.
