Come on out to the Bartlett event center for the Big Bear chili cook-off! Purchase a tasting kit for $5 and taste 10 different chili's and cast your vote for the peoples choice competition. This is an ICS world qualifier event and chefs are competing for cash prizes across three categories. Traditional red chili, chili Verde, and salsa chilis will be available. There will be a petting zoo available and $5 pony rides for the kids. Beverage books may be purchased for $20 with event-specific currency that can be used to purchase craft beer samples or other non-alcoholic beverages. Big Bear Cool Cabins will be sponsoring the live music for the event and great bands like The King of Queen, Stun Grenade, and the Chase Walker Band will all be there to keep you entertained. The chili cook-off takes place on July 10th from 11 am - 5 pm at the bartlett event center, 630 Bartlett rd. We'll see you there!
