I am writing my review as a client/ cabin owner. We have used Cool Cabins as our property managers for some time now. I have really enjoyed the level of service they have provided. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been professional and friendly. We use our home as often as possible between renters and 99.9% of the time we find the cabin clean and ready for guests to come in, relax, and enjoy! I will say the one and only time we found it less than stellar, they were very responsive and fixed the problem. As a property owner, I would recommend Cool Cabins as a very capable and professional Property Management Team. Hey, nothing in life is perfect all of the time. Things get missed. What you want is the team that will get in and fix it and do their best to accommodate your needs. This is what I have found with Cool Cabins from day one! Thanks Cool Cabins....and Jessica too.
