This cabin was the perfect little getaway for mine and Husband's anniversary! The cabin was so cozy and cute, very clean, and the perfect place for us to relax after a day of adventuring. We walked to a local coffee shop and the zoo, both less than a 5 minute walk away. Great location for us for a nice peaceful stay. We also brought our pup along with us; he was very comfortable in the cabin and loved exploring the upstairs and backyard. We will absolutely book again in the future!

The location can't be beat. Very walkable. Close to trailheads, close to Snow Summit, close to the Moonridge corridor, fairly close to Vons and Staters (pack ahead). After the holiday traffic left, quick drive to the village. Only drawbacks: No direct connection to the backyard and the furniture should be upgraded (the couch has a couple dips). Overall, for a holiday weekend in Big Bear, it was really enjoyable. Thank you for hosting us.

We stayed in Moonridge Hideaway cabin for the weekend. Picked it mostly because it was dog friendly and had a fenced yard. Photos from Big Bear Cool Cabins were exactly how the cabin was. Easy self check in, but exactly at 4 PM. Did not use the loft area. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to prepare meals. Cabin was a bit dark though. Adding a few extra lights would help, especially above the dining table. Backyard is fully fenced, but access to it is through a side door and not 'direct'. Had to put the dog on leash to walk her out each time.. Overall love the quiet Moonridge area and would rent again

Cabin was exactly as the photos showed. Comfortable for the 2 of us plus our dog. Never used the loft area. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were newer. The lighting was a bit dark in the cabin though. Also, if you bring a dog, the backyard IS fully fenced in, as they advertise, which was perfect for us, but be aware there is no direct access from the cabin to the backyard. You need to enter via a side door and then walk a short distance to the yard through the gate. We had hoped to just open the door and let the dog out, but it worked out well. Just something to know. Great communication from BB Cool Cabins. Also, parking says for 2 cars. I have a mid-size SUV and it fit no issues, but if we brought a 2nd car it would not have had room to park.

We really enjoyed our time, myDaughter loved the stairs! We played in the backyard because there was so much snow and it then went to alpine on Sunday morning:) It was warm cozy, and had everything we needed couch was uncomfortable it had a spring poking up but other than that it was great!

This place was so adorable and comfortable. I think I over packed but it basically has everything you need, except seasoning. The local neighbors were really nice and friendly toward us city slickers :-)I am for sure going to rent this place again. The street is quiet, clean and lined with beautiful trees. The grocery store is about 5 min away

This is the second time I have used big bear cool cabins and I will most definitely be using them again in the future. There cabins are always clean and we'll kept. The yards and area around the cabins are clean and well maintained. The staff is always nice both during open hours and for there after hours key pick up. I have recommended everyone I know to book through these guys.

The cabins are very comfortable, the pricing is great, but above all is the staff who work to great success at making you feel welcome , and make your stay an utterly stress free experience. i can not say enough good things about Cool Cabins to do them justice, i would suggest that every one experience it for themselves; you know next time you need a treat.

I loved this place it was so peaceful and the interior of the cabin was awesome sauce it has all the appliances that you would have at home so when u need to cook u have everything there . It was maintained cleaned and i really felt like home. I would highly recommend friend and family they would love it here and there is so much thing to do like one of my favorites is bowling at the bowling farm and fishing and snow boarding there helicopter rides as well so many things. I absolutely love it

Big Bear Cool Cabins is a great place to rent from. They are very easy to work with...the selection is huge and very accommodating. I have researched all of the rental sites and Cool Cabins seems to be the best. The prices are VERY reasonable. I've had nothing but good service since I have rented from them for the past 4 years in a row. My family and I always have a great time and have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Big Bear Cool Cabins.

Had a great stay here! Staff at cool cabins was friendly, and since the cabin was available; allowed us to check in early. Cabin is cozy but comfortable for a family of 5. Has a small functional kitchenette and all the necessary pots, pans, cups, silverware, etc. Overall great experience for a weekend in big bear. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent our Thanksgiving break in this cabin and it was amazing! The kitchen is well-equipped and the space was clean and neat. The location is a short drive from the main village and it is a comfortable walk. I would recommend this place to future guests!

We really enjoyed the cabin. We were so happy we could bring our dogs too. We appreciated the fenced in backyard, most cabins I looked at didn't have that. The cabin didn't have a funny dog smell either. We loved the loft and so did out 3 teens! It's a smaller cabin but we all had enough room. Nice having a fire place too. Only a couple of cons, the hot water runs out too quickly and dinning area felt a little squished. That being said, we would go there again for sure!

The cabin in Moonridge was a terrific bang for buck vacation. Plenty of space, cozy cabin feel and an awesome Jacuzzi.I had no issues whatsoever with the check in/out process. Staff were very nice and accommodating, painless process. Highly recommend cool cabins for an easy vacation.
