Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed and double/twin bunk bed. The game room has a twin bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
