Such a cute cabin, with big windows. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom was so cute and appeared to be recently remodeled. We love getting away to Big Bear and always us Cool Cabin rentals for good prices and such cute cabins to choose from.

The property was clean and in a lovely area. It was close to local shops and places to eat perfect for a quiet getaway. It appeared that the property was still under construction a bit, and a few surfaces were unfinished and a few things didn’t work perfectly, but that did not disruptour stay. The property is beautiful as a and everything we needed was available to us. The most enjoyable part of the property was the large living room and open kitchen concept. It was great for a family to enjoy a weekend.

GREAT cabin and it was as seen in pictures. Staff was very easy to work with. Cabin had that at home feel and vibe. They had everything you could want right there. Great view from the patio and could not ask for more. This is the second time this month we rented a cabin and 3rd time this year. We will always rent from you guys, Thanks again.

Just a few little maintenance issues I let the staff know by phone call. They responded nicely and would let management know. Not really big issues but would make the stay for the next person nicer.

Redwood Elegance, was such a romantic setting! If your looking for a getaway for you and your partner, I highly suggest this one! We utilized the fireplace which completed the setting for my weekend getaway. The house itself had everything we needed. The heater worked great for thise cold nights. Cool cabins was there and answered every question I had prior to arriving.

Me and 5 friends stayed at Rincon Cabin. The Cabin was clean, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. When our hot tub had issues, they came right out and fixed/cleaned it. I have used other cabin rental services, but I think Cool Cabins is my favorite and I will be using them next time.

Big Bear Cool Cabins was a pleasant company to work with in booking our vacation rental this summer. They were communicative, friendly, and professional. We didn't arrive into Big Bear until close to 10pm, but the office was still open and accommodating. The office itself was easy to find, well lit, and appeared to be recently updated. When we got to our cabin, we were happy with our accommodations but did note a few discrepancies which I relayed to the office via text the following morning. I immediately received a text back acknowledging my concerns and providing quick resolution. Our checkout experience was the same. I would definitely recommend this rental company to others planning to vacation in Big Bear.

Had the opportunity to stay at Redwood Elegance, and would absolutely stay here again! The area is quiet but is close enough to town to get a drink or a bite to eat, and the floor to ceiling windows give views to awesome sunrises. The couch and beds are super comfy and the cabin has all the amenities you could ask for. I could go on for ever about the reasons you should stay here, but you really need to see it for yourself to appreciate it. Do yourself a favor and book a stay, you won't regret it! Definitely will be back!

I stayed at the Redwood Elegance cabin in Big Bear. Wow, what a great place. It is just outside of the downtown area which makes it nice and quiet but it is close enough to go out for a nice dinner at the many restaurants. My stay was great. Recommended highly. Will stay again.

Loved our recent stay at Redwood Elegance. Loved the quiet location but also being just a few minutes from downtown. Comfortable beds and smart TVs were nice to fall asleep in while watching a movie.

My fiancee and I recently stayed at Redwood Elegance to get a away from our hectic work schedules. It couldn't have been a more relaxing experience. The beds were perfectly comfortable, the wall of windows provided us with picturesque views, and the deck was so spacious. We definitely recommend checking this place out.

Stayed at BBCC'a "Redwood Elegance" a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin. Our stay was wonderful here. The cabin features a strong WiFi, which I need it for business and a large fantastic deck for a barbecue, conversation with family and friends. Clean with all the amenities. Bring your own charcoal for the bbq.

Just stayed at Redwood Elegance and it was quaint, quiet, and beds were super comfortable. Smart TV's were nice at night and the big deck in the front was great for yoga and relaxation. We will be staying again soon!

We had the best experience using cool cabins! So professional and helpful. We stayed at Redwood Elegance and this place was beautiful! It was like having a fancy hotel in the woods. And the ginormous windows made it magical!! Definitely staying here again and again and again!
