LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, loft, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a California king bed, twin bed, TV, and deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Loft has a double bed and twin bed with trundle. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Marble countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs, Fast WiFi, and Blu-ray DVD player with a selection of DVDs to choose from. Cozy up near the stone wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available. After a day out on the slopes no need to worry about tracking mud and storing your gear, there is also a mudroom for storing ski equipment. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
