Description
Summit X-ross Roads Condo accommodates all ski and snowboard lovers. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit Ski Resort. This tri-level condo offers both the convenience of close proximity to the ski resorts and central location. Walk right to the chair lift and ski/bike/hike down for all-season sports and fun! Stroll through shops and restaurants.
Just a short drive to the Village and the lake.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, loft, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a California king bed, twin bed, TV, and deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Loft has a double bed and twin bed with trundle. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Marble countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs, Fast WiFi, and Blu-ray DVD player with a selection of DVDs to choose from. Cozy up near the stone wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available. After a day out on the slopes no need to worry about tracking mud and storing your gear, there is also a mudroom for storing ski equipment. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Lovely balcony with barbecue, great for enjoying the morning breeze.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

We've stayed here everytime we come to Big Bear for the last 4-5 years. The layout with the loft works perfectly for two families. While the parents take the bedrooms, all the kids hangout in the loft. It's a bit outdated, but it's sooo close to the slopes that my kids walk up and down throughout the day with no issues. We keep coming back because of the location.

The house had all the comforts we could have needed for a great ski weekend along with an excellent location super close to the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils and pots and pans. Plenty of additional blankets and comfortable storage space for equipment.

Very close to Snow Summit. Maybe 8 mins walking from the door to the closest lift. We had a great time there. A few things need to be fixed like the front door bolt, dishwasher rocks and the stove doesn't ignite very well. But nothing that would keep us from staying here again.Also the listing says 3 parking spots but the signage says only 2.

Cool Cabins made it so easy at check in and check out. Excellent friendly customer service! Pictures and cabin description did not over exaggerate, the cleanliness and amenities made us feel like we were in our own home. Definitely booking our next stay through Big Bear Cool cabins.

We went for my husbands spartan race. We were just steps away from mountain. I had to sleep a lot due to my vertigo so I can definitely say the beds are comfy..loved for the kids that things were in walking distance. Rooms were clean.
Just a short drive to the Village and the lake with forest views!

We spent a couple of days very comfortable, the cabin is the same as it looks in the photos, it is very close to the ski slopes of Snow summit, which made it easy with small children to access.

5 minutes Walk up to the slopes. Came back for lunch and back up for some night ski. Property was clean but kitchen appliances need to be updated ( the garbage disposal was out of order). And my back hurt from the worn out mattress.

We were thrilled with everything! The ski in - ski out option was super fun and the concierge service was way cool! We ordered the fully stocked fridge and the wood for the fire and ate in every night and watched movies and had a fire every night! And the 3 levels of rooms was perfect! So we had our together time and our privacy. And everything was super clean! Thank you!

The cabin was great. The location was excellent. We could literally walk to the ski lifts. They were less than 50 yards from the cabin. The TV had to be put on the right input, but the cabin has cable and the wifi worked great. Would love to stay here again.

This was the best experience ever!!!! Family had never seen snow we were able to go around the local area enjoy our time and come back to the comfort of home at the end of the day we were able to just enjoy a movie together in the living room kids weren't in theirs rooms which was the cherry on top of our sundae

We stayed one night. We were 7 (3 adults and 4 kids between 4 and 10). Place is extremely well located. You can just walk to Snow Summit, which was awesome. We didn't have to worry about parking. The place accommodated 2 car parking, which also was good since we had 2. The place is old, however pretty well maintained. So even if things were old, we felt very comfortable. As any old houses, the heater works well in some rooms and not in some others...

It was a very good experience, we love to be so close to the mountain. The rooms are just fine and the space perfect for two families. The only thing I could say is that the third floor, it was freezing, the heat does not go up, so could be a good idea to bring a heater. The cabin has enough blankets, the pillows were perfect, and we had a GREAT time!.. Thank you
