ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed. The second upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom offers a twin/full bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for added comfort.
KITCHEN - Fully equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more for all your cooking needs.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
