Nice little cabin close to big bear summit. Loved the area and the home itself, we felt right at home. We went during a snowstorm so it was freezing at night. We found some blankets to use and the heater in the bathroom was a lifesaver after getting out of the shower. Will be staying here again soon!

Don't listen to the hype . If you didn't enjoy this cabin for its price then your the problem. Had some electrical issues during my stay but I wasn't really there for television. (I stayed 1 night) They offered to send over maintenance during my stay. Lights worked . Hot water worked and the neighborhood was quiet. Super responsive and they work with your check in time.

Hello everybody !! We found this Cool Cabins company as a super 5 stars. We are very impressed by their service, they are very friendly, honest , and very professional in their job, and they are ready to help you in anything that you might need all time. They found our cabin for my wife and I with all the condition that we needed it for our small get away from the city at very affordable price. Our cabin was in great condition such as heater, kitchen, bedroom, hot water, etc. Very close to the center and attractions. Definitely, we will come back here again. We give you A+.

We stayed in The Get-A-Way, and had a wonderful visit. Booking was simple, and the fees were transparent. We had a few questions and were always able to get ahold of someone, and checkin was easy. I was a bit worried that we needed to check in at the office prior to heading to the Cabin, but the office had plexiglass safety measures to protect the employees and guests. The cabin was clean and exactly as described. Would absolutely use Big Bear Cool Cabins for our next visit.

Cute little cabin. Perfect for my family and my dogs. Nice little porch and fenced in yard with patio. Everything was clean and provided all necessities. Easy check-in and check out. Not far from the lake and down the street from the new zoo opening later this year. Will definitely return again.

Best 4th of july !! Amazing fireworks show on the lake!! We went hiking in the morning, BBQ with friends that evening, watched fireworks.. out on the boat the next day.... What was a bonus was the cabin was close to everything...oh and on Wednesday nights there a car cruise at "Get a Burger" really good burgers....

the Get A Way cabin is ideally located for access to the lake, to hiking trails, to decent restaurants, and to a major super market. The neighborhood is very quiet. The cabin was perfectly adequate for my wife, our basset hound, and me. The kitchen is abundantly supplied, and the bed was very comfortable. The Cool Cabins staff were very friendly and efficient. We would certainly use them again in the future!

It was quite lovely and clean. I had some issues connecting the tv but a text later someone was there to fix it.The view and neighborhood was very peaceful and close to everything I needed. BIG plus for being pet friendly because I brought my precious pups a golden retriever named Philip and Mika my Belgian malinois. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I loved my little trip in this cozy house. So adorable, cozy, and quite. This is the type of home I dream to own one day.Not to mention, great services, maintenance and customer service. When I to tell them that my hot water is not working, they sent me Roberto right away. Such a helpful and knowledgeable guy. In the end, it was no problem with the hot water, but I was dumb enough not to figure how the shower works.I will definitely be back. And when I say back, I say this particular beautiful little cabin. "Get A Way" was an amazing getaway!Thank you cool cabins!

We had the best experience with Cool Cabins. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Maria helped me stay within my budget. The cabin we stayed in was called the Getaway and it was perfect in every way. It was clean and equipped with everything. Thanks to Cool Cabins, we were able to comfortably enjoy our time at Big Bear. We will definitely book with them in the future.

We stayed in the Getaway Cabin a weekend during the ski season. My children loved the place. It was cozy and it created a "home" feeling. I think it was a much better option than an impersonal hotel room. The cabin was very clean. I don't think it can accommodate more than four people, preferably a family, as it doesn't have full walls on the second floor. I like warm places, and this cabin was warm even when the outside temperature was very low. We found plenty of board games to keep us entertained in the evening. The cabin is very close to the Big Bear Mountain. Not walking distance, but a very short car ride. We enjoyed our stay there.

I stayed in the Getaway Cabin and everything was great! It looked better in person then in the pictures online! It was clean, cute and comfy. I was able to check in early and the staff at was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again!

Just as described -- A quiet, cozy little cabin. It's not huge, but has plenty of room for 4 people. Great stay for the price.

The House is very nice and I spent two wonderful nights there. Although Big Bear was snowing heavily and I almost lost control of my car on the way with chains, the experience I gained here was rewarding.
