Includes central AC and heat, a wood burning fireplace, cable TV, streaming apps, complimentary WiFi, board games and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Deck with patio furniture and propane barbecue. Washer dryer available.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a convenient wood burning fireplace with gas starter, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second downstairs bedroom has two sets of full/twin bunk beds and a TV. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Features a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. TV's with cable and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy fireplace after a day on the slopes in the winter season! Cool off in one if the few homes with AC on the mountain in summer!

OUTDOORS - Large decks with mountain views!

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
