Downstairs fourth bedroom has bunk beds. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
