Bear Mountain Summit is the perfect getaway for anyone. A-frame nestled in the oaks and pines! Located in the year round desired Moonridge location. Walking distance to Bear Mountain, National Forest, hiking, biking, and golf course and just a short drive to the lake, shops and restaurants.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Upstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Living room has a sleeper sofa. The loft is not accessible to guests. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Keep yourself warm by cozy gas log fireplace.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
