LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and queen bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - A foosball table, smart TVs with cable and streaming apps, along with fast Wi-Fi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee from the front deck or soak in nature from the back deck with a large fully fenced backyard.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
