The stay was 11/26-11/29. Check in was very easy. The address and direction was provided in the check in instructions. They key was located in a keylock besides the door. Keylock password will be provided. The location is clean. The play room is a bit cold but manageable. Hot tub is great. The main bedroom is upstairs with 3 beds. The only downside is the thermo upstairs in the bedroom. There are Two thermos in the property. One in the living room downstairs, one in the bedroom upstairs. The one bedroom downstairs is fine for thermo will not disturb sleep directly, but upstairs thermos might wake you up during the night. I think this is the area of improvement. Normally you will not find shampoo and conditioner and body wash and hair dryer. But upon request it will be provided, adding the body lotion. Great location to stay overall. Host is helpful and friendly and respond quickly. Thanks

This place exceeded my expectations as soon as I walked in the cabin was very clean it also smelled very clean, not musky like others. I have stayed out with other companies, Everything that was describe and pictures on the website where correct, the village is walking distance 5 mins, location in the middle of big bear lake. I will be definitely returning.

The big bear den was amazing. The house had everything you could need. It was spacious with great amenities. It was local to the town with lovely shops and places to eat and drink.The area is really beautiful with easy access to the lake and activities,

We loved our stay in Big Bear! The location of the property was amazing. We could easily Walk to the beach & village. We never went to the swimming beach. I would definitely stay here again. Be sure to bring your hairdryer. I couldn’t find one in the house. Great stay!!

Easy walking distance to the village and the marina. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. The spa is what drew us to this place, but we didn’t know you’re not allowed to use it after 10 pm. Other than that, they were quick to reply and accommodated an early check in for us which was really nice. We had a great time and would 100% recommend it to anyone who was not terribly concerned with their budget. To be fair, we did also reserve for a major holiday weekend which probably had a lot to do with the cost. Easy, quick communication, great location, nice property. Can’t ask for much more. Thank you Cool Cabins!

Great location - you can walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and stores in the Village. Not having air conditioning did affect our comfort a bit, as it was pretty hot when we visited Big Bear at the beginning of July. The hot tub was great, and the space was perfect for our group.

Original reservation was canceled due to maintenance and replacement rental was nice, clean and located in a convenient location. Would have a higher rating but power outages and cold temperatures forced us to leave after one night, due to uncertainty of having electricity and heat.

It was a great cabin and awesome time. The only thing that was disappointing was we had to clean out water balloon scraps out of the jacuzzi from the previous renters. There was also water balloon scraps all over the backyard.

Really happy with the house. You could walk to everything in the village. The bar/pool room was great and got used each night. Really comfortable furniture and, while not there to watch tv, on a rainy day it was great. Tons of channels and huge screens. Hot tub was used each night. Definitely stay again!

I feel like this place more than fulfilled all the things I and my friends needed. We were looking for a all around great cabin that had some extra perks. The place was very clean and everything we needed was already there. The hot tub was perfect the pool room was perfect the space all around was more than enough definitely would revisit this cabin
