It was a nice stay. The small cabin was as advertised. Quiet, convenient location 3 blocks from a park, the lake and McDonalds. The bathroom is quite small and the bed creaks, but what do you expect from a rustic cabin? Kitchen was well-equipped--except there is no dishwasher. It has a nice big deck with partial view of the lake.
We enjoyed the fireplace!!!!

Nice, small rustic cabin. Quiet, convenient location near the lake, a city park, and McDonalds. Bathroom is small and the bed creaks. Kitchen well-equipped but no dishwasher. Big deck with partial view of the lake. Host very responsive. It was a nice getaway for a couple. No complaints.

This place was everything we could’ve asked for. The location is incredibly convenient. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted. We felt right at home and the street is so peaceful at night. We discovered we could see the lake from the back porch and that was definitely a plus!!

This is a great little cabin short walking distance to lake. The cabin is nice and neat although the patio furniture and BBQ grill could use a little TLC. We’ve used Cool cabins in the past and the people are part of the reason we keep using them.

We had a very comfortable time, I read previous reviews and there were some complaints, but the truth we really enjoyed the stay, very clean kitchen and had everything to cook, tv with apps, good heating to the fact that outside it felt very cold indoors, the rooms were very spacious, the location is very close to the center of the village, everything is super close, we really recommend it 100%

We had a very cozy time staying in the cute cabin. We enjoyed the pleasant stay and the internet was working well the whole time. There was one small problem when cooking. The fan/vent over the stove was not working too well. Overall, I had a great time and would stay again.

We contacted Big Bear Cool Cabins two times. First, we had a minor issue opening the door, and they were quick to answer and solve our issue. We also, had issues with the WiFi and a service person was sent immediately to correct the issue. Both these items were very minor; however the responsiveness of Big Bear Cool Cabins could not have been better! I was very pleased with the cabin and all aspects of our stay!
