ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a trundle bed. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Arcade machine and mini pool table! Board games and card games. Smart TVs,  streaming apps along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
