ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed two twin beds, TV and DVD player. Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and DVD player. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi and DVD players. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood/gas fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy the wrap around deck with peek a boo views of the lake and a huge fenced backyard! Outdoor activities include horseshoe pit.

Minimum renter age: 25
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
