Third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Fourth bedroom has two full/full bunk beds and TV. Game room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Sun room with indoor all season hot tub. Game room with pool table, foosball table, arcade games, poker table, and karaoke machine! Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs with Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer dryer available.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
