- Bedroom 1: Features a Queen bed, smart TV, office nook, ceiling fan, and sliding door with backyard access.
- Bedroom 2: Features 2 XL twin beds, ceiling fan, and TV with a Blu-ray player.
- Living Room: Features a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
The basement level is your dedicated game room. Here you can enjoy darts, Skee-ball, pinball, air hockey, a retro gaming setup, plus Nintendo Switch and Wii consoles for endless fun. Choose from a selection of baord games and card games for classic family fun. Bring laughter and unforgettable memories with the karaoke machine, or enjoy a calming movie night with a video library and Blu-ray player while utilizing the wall-mounted heaters for extra comfort. Smart TVs with access to Hulu, Disney+, MAX, Peacock, and Apple TV+ are supplied throughout the property, all powered by fast WiFi. For colder months, warm up near the cozy wood-burning fireplaace, or during warmer months, stay cool under the large ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. A convenient laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer is also available for your use. Please note: While the main house is single-story and does not require stairs, the basement-level gaming room is accessed separately and requires the use of stairs.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Enjoy the seating next to a cozy firepit, perfect for gathering during colder seasons, or fire up the gas barbecue for an afternoon cookout. Engage in a little friendly competition with the Large outdoor wooden Jenga set or cornhole. There is also a small chest with various outdoor games to keep younger family members entertained. These items rotate and the exact items in the picture are not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Our brand-new indoor play space is ready for fun! Designed with little adventurers in mind, it features a cozy recliner for grown-ups, cuddly stuffed animals, a mini ball pit, toys galore, and a small TV for kid-friendly entertainment. It’s the perfect spot for playtime, giggles, and a little downtime for parents, too! Please note: This space is detached from the main house, and children should never be left unsupervised.
