ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and balcony. Upstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps and fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
