LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, dining table, gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a triple bunk bed, twin bed, and smart TV. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a triple bunk bed, twin bed, and dart board. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Large game room with a pool table, shuffleboard table, bar seating and second dining area with wine fridge or for the perfect family game night area. Smart TVs with cable, Apple TV, Chromecast, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the spacious upper front deck with plenty of seating, as well as the front lower patio area with a picnic table, gas firepit, and additional seating area. Fully fenced in backyard.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
