Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Must come to our office to pay a $100 deposit for garage door opener. Must be returned to the office or $100 deposit will be kept.
