ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has two double beds, TV, and shared bathroom. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed, TV, and shared bathroom. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
