ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV with DVD player only. Upstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for added comfort.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and more—everything you need to cook up your favorite meals.

AMENITIES - Smart TV with streaming apps, DVD player along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax by the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - The expansive yard beckons for outdoor gatherings and leisurely afternoons spent basking in the sunshine.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
