This is a beautiful spot and the house!

This is a beautiful spot and the house, yard and dock are perfect for a large family group. The first floor has multiple levels that would make it very difficult for someone who needs assistance walking or uses a walker. The second floor has multiple levels as well which are unexpected in the dark of night. There is no designated work area or desk as indicated. The pool table room has a second fridge which was very cool for the teens. The view is really pretty and so it was shame when shades were not functioning in some of the rooms. The layout of bedrooms at two ends worked out well for us. There was plenty of dish soap and paper towels which is always appreciated. Highly recommend this lovely spot for fully mobile people.

Great experience with cool cabins! This was my first time and will definitely use this site again. The cabin itself just needed to be dusted and cobwebs removed otherwise, great experience.

Blue Lagoon is located in a great area, close to the Village, and has the most peaceful, relaxing backyard, overlooking Mallard Lagoon. It provided all the relaxing, decompressing time I was looking for.

I have used Cool Cabins for at least 8 years now. Their customer service has always been top notch. This stay was the same on the customer service. We got to the Blue Lagoon cabin on June 23rd. On touring the rooms. The loft bedroom upstairs had a toilet that was like a foot off the ground. No adult would be able to sit and touch the ground. There are multiple step ups and downs in random places. There is no washer and dryer. That is something I wouldn't look for in a cabin because they all have had them. Can you imagine 8 people not prepared for not being able wash their clothes. There is a dock , so most activities include the water with no way to wash and dry and not enough towels to accommodate. No screen doors. So you can't open the doors to get a breeze unless you let in every flying bug. The propane was empty on the barbecue and the livingroom T.V would not hook up to the Roku. I called Cool Cabins and they sent someone right away to bring the new cable and the propane. The best thing about the property is the back yard and dock. The back yard is well kept . The master bedroom is beautiful with beautiful views the downstairs bedroom nice. Needs t.v s and fans in all the rooms if staying in the summer. Overall our stay was nice, however the listing needs to say" no washer and dryer"

We loved spending our day in the backyard by the dock, firepit or BBQing.

I really appreciated the check-in process. It was very convenient to go directly to the cabin and be able to skip going to an office to pickup the key or sign additional agreements. Cool Cabins was very responsive with every message that I sent to them and helped answer every question in a timely manner. The cabin was in a great location with great views of the water, fishing access and boating. We loved spending our day in the backyard by the dock, firepit or BBQing. The neighbors were very friendly and made my family feel welcomed. The cabin is a little dated but the accommodations made up for it. Overall I was very satisfied with the cabin.

Cool Cabins did a really good job communicating the process and making sure we understood everything that was needed from us upon check-in and check-out. The process was very easy and convenient since we didn't have to go to an office and pickup a key or sign extra paperwork A++.The cabin location and views were amazing. The cabin is a little dated and the propane tanks were close to empty when we arrived which required me to drive to a store and get a refill. We went with 4 adults and 3 children, so the accommodations were perfect. The wifi signal was very strong for everyone to use their phones when needed or the kids to play on their electronics. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing or just sitting outside enjoying the view. We met a couple of the neighbors and they were very nice and easy to conversate with. Overall it was a great experience.

Plenty of room for a big group the house is a little on the older side but still clean we had a good stay there our biggest problem was the dock was under the water leading to the dock so we had to get wet and it was very cold to go on the dock to fish that was our biggest complaint it was one of the reasons why we picked that house so we could fish but otherwise it was a nice stay

. We will definitely be coming back!

Check in process has become faster and more efficient. Since we did not have to go the the office we were able to go to the cabin and settle in before dark. Cabin was clean and cozy with no non issues so we could enjoy the stay without worrying about reporting anything. Overall follow the guidelines and you should have a wonderful trip.

Great Cabin

This cabin was a new experience for us since it is connected to the lake. The layout was different than expected there are two bedrooms upstairs that have a bathroom across the entrance but the bedrooms are on separate sides of the cabin so they are not connected. On the first floor two bedrooms are connected together (the twin and queen bedroom) and have the same entrance. While the last bedroom is near the entrance of the cabin next to the third bathroom. It kind of felt like the cabin was split one side with the pool table and the other with the kitchen. Overall it was a great rustic cabin.

Cool Cabin was great to work with! Texting, emailing, phone calls: all were quick and helpful. It didn't matter if it was us just shopping or checking in or out, they were always pleasant and happy to help. Blue Lagoon Lakefront is a great location. It is quite a bit older and needs updated and some work. Our only but real complaint is that there are way too many steps to enter and mover around, just on the main floor. We had older people who have difficulties with steps (one uses a walker). This made it hard on them to move around on the main floor. Pictures don't show this and it definitely should be included in the description. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and the backyard access to the lakefront was great. Peaceful and quiet!
