ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a king bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Dart board. Board games and card games. Smart TVs, Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood/gas burning fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Multiple front decks. Large, fenced backyard with a hot tub, gas barbecue, hammock, outdoor furniture, and axe throwing game.

Other things to note:
 Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
