LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Bonus room has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. TV and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Nice covered lower deck with hot tub, patio furniture, and charcoal barbecue. Enjoy the most beautiful lake views at sunrise and sunset sitting out on the upper deck. Plenty of yard space for Winter snow play and sledding.

Minimum renter age: 25
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
