ROOMS & BEDS - Studio, 1 bath. Living room has a queen bed and futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Marvel Super Heros arcade game. Smart TV with cable, Blu-ray DVD player, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with firepit and propane barbecue. Large fully fenced in backyard with a hammock.

Minimum age renter: 21
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
