ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. 

AMENITIES - Family room with mountain views. Direct TV with Netflix along with fast Wifi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Front upper deck with gas barbecue. Walk to the Village and just minutes to ski slopes, golf, lake, zoo, shops, restaurants, and more.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
