The cabin was fantastic. Exactly as stated. The company that runs it was fantastic and super responsive. Responded immediately to every question I had. I would stay at this cabin again without thinking twice. Thank you for having us.

Good stay overall, very close to everything, has a nice view from top windows, lake, and park. very new and great looking cabin, there are extra beds outside of the 4 bedrooms so lots of space for people who visit. Very nice backyard, large size. Has a jacuzzi but it is in the front of the house, in front of main road - at night when it is dark there are no cars and privacy is there, but during the day non stop traffic and no privacy. The park in front is nice especially if you have a dog to walk. Overall very nice new house, has everything you want, only consideration is the main traffic street it is facing that has alot of cars passing through it, otherwise if you are there to enjoy the slopes its very ideal.

Great view of Boulder Bay and Park from fully covered patio! Home is beautiful, but the following would make it perfect:1. New bed mattresses without memory foam.2. Need TV in main living room above fireplace.3. Need large floor fans in each bedroom as ceiling fans aren't enough.4. Add carpet to stairs on interior of home and they're currently a huge slip and fall hazard.5. Would prefer a Keurig coffee maker as they're less messy/more convenient.

The staff was phenomenal and the cabin's location was great. The only issues that we experienced were more of the "creature comfort" variety. There was no washer or dryer, which is a bit problematic after a day (or multiples) on the slopes and in the snow. There was also no dishwasher, which assigned time doing chores after every meal. There was also no designated Master Bathroom attached to any of the bedrooms. Also, not a huge deal if you are with a smaller party but it was a little inconvenient even with a party of four. All-in-all, we had a great time and would highly recommend using Big Bear Cool Cabins for your Big Bear getaway.

The property was spectacular, incredibly well decorated and laid out. Was very clean, and the views of the lake from the snow covered balconies were beautiful. The property was very clean, enough towels, blankets and pillows for everyone. The jacuzzi was super clean and chemically balanced without any odor. The backyard is very dog friendly as it is completely fenced in - and our dogs never been in snow so it was fun watching them explore the snow drifts in the backyard. Would love to come back in the spring/summer to walk along the lake and get some fishing in. And it is located close to everything in Big Bear, stores, restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay and in the best location. It was very clean.The Big Bear Cool Cabins Team was terrific from the start. They were quick on responses and informative on procedures and on things to do locally.Most importantly, this vacation was a surprise birthday event for my Spouse. I ordered the Birthday package from Big Bear Cool Cabins. The room was decorated so well, it surprised us both!! THANK YOU Big Bear Cool Cabins for making this Birthday her most memorable.I highly recommend them, and we will be back.

Fabulous Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is directly across the street from the lake where you can rent kayaks or go into the water from a small beach area. Note that the house is located on the busy main street but that didn't bother us. The actual house has so much space and comfortably slept a family of 6 and could have slept many more. We stayed there during COVID and the house was clean upon our arrival. Thank you.

We really enjoyed being in this area. the park across the street was great for the dog and for the 3 year old to go and hang out. Also when relaxing on the deck we love to people watch. Everything was great. we wish the front yard was not so close to the highway. but over all a great experience.

Great cabin and helpful staff. We stayed an extra day and everyone worked with us to make it easy. Had an issue with the hot tub and the maintenance man was there in a few minutes.

We've been using Cool Cabins since 2015 and have always had a great experience with them. The cabins are always well kept and clean. Their check in and out process is simple and fast. If we ever need anything as simple as a light-bulb or batteries to a snow plow haha they are quick to respond and send help. Our most recent visit has been during the Covid 19 issues and the cabin was cleaned to a T...it smelled disinfected and was spotless. We cant wait to come back again soon!

Beautiful home with an incredible view. This is a beautiful Tuscan cabin across from scenic Boulder Bay. It had just snowed so it was a very busy weekend. The gated front porch eliminated worry that my dog would run out into the street. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped except for wine glasses. We all enjoyed a wonderful weekend.Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Our stay was very pleasant. We had lots of fun. The parkview is spectacular. Felt at home since the place is nicely kept. Just wish it had a small drier as well for clothes. Amazing views and walk !!!!

I absolutely fell in love with the property as soon as we pulled up. It was well kept and had enough space for each couple to be comfortable. I also loved the backyard leading up the hill. The house is close to outside activities and stores and had the BEST view of the then frozen lake. I would definitely stay again.
