Check-in and check-out was easy, hot water and heater worked well. The area was private and quiet while easy to access anywhere. The cabin had high ceiling which was nice. The layout was quirky though (especially bathroom sink). Also the bed and the couch seemed to need some deep cleaning.

Being a timber frame cabin using light wood, the cabin has a much warmer, lighter feel than so many with the dated dark wood confined feel. The main living area is bright and open with vaulted ceiling showing off the open timber. The layout is logical and flows from each room to the next. It was nicely setup with amenities and was clean and inviting. Close to the village so access to all the shops was very convenient. I do recommend this cabin.

This is my second time at this lovely home. And it will be my last! It's in the perfect location. Quiet and pretty neighborhood. I love being able to walk down to the country kitchen for breakfast. The home is very neat and clean and well appointed. My favorite thing is the fireplace!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cool Cabin's Acorn Cottage. The cabin was just perfect for my family of 4 as it was easily accessible from the 18 and minutes away from the Village. The cabin was also immaculate and just felt like our little home away from home. We look forward to coming back next winter and we'll definitely request for Acorn Cottage as this is our new favorite cabin. Thank you for the great customer service once again.

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable home in a central location. Everything about staying here is easy, from check in to check out. I really like the location and I love the wood burning fireplace. The bed is comfy and the kitchen is set up nicely. The only “negatives” are no dishwasher (no big deal) and a little bit of mold in the shower corner. I am coming back this summer for sure!

This cabin was so clean! Bed was comfortable. Has everything you need. It is decorated very cute. Nice location. The view was gorgeous. Great large porch with barbecue. A wonderful place to make memories. We will definitely be back!

One thing that I need to point out is how clean and well maintained the cabins are. 5 stars for the cleaning crew or whoever is on charge of making sure that cabin is clean and sanitized .

Beautiful property nestled in the woods with a great trail and views accessed from the side yard. Lots of space for our family of 4 and puppy who enjoyed the enclosed deck. Well equipped. It snowed A LOT overnight so would recommend bringing a shovel to dig out in the morning if you are planning to ski/snowboard.

This Big Bear cottage was great. Great location close to everything. The property is clean and kept up. The only problem I had was the listing did not say who the management company is and that I had to check in at another location. Over all I would definitely stay here again.

If you like a light environment with space overhead, this is your spot! It felt so much larger than the square footage because of the soaring ceilings. The skylight in one bedroom had me continually going in to turn off the lamp I though I left on. It still felt private and protected, but so many windows. Beautiful fireplace, comfy and tasteful decor. Bring Keurig cups for the machine, but they also have standard drip waiting for an emergency. The beds were nice, extra pillows were easy to find. There was ample counter space in the bathroom and lots of places to roam outside. The fun classic arcade game was a definite hit as well. Super easy to get around from this spot, but nicely located almost on the end of a cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors. Big deck out front with a barbecue and chairs, (although I couldn't get the shade umbrella to work). Still! Near perfection! Finally, I'm so grateful we could bring our pup. Thank you for a wonderful respite.

We stayed one night over the weekend and it was great. The perfect little house for myself and my boyfriend. It was spotless apart from some random dog hair found on the couch. Super close to the village, easy parking outside and easy access to the key lock box. We loved staying in and cooking and while the knives were pretty dull it had everything we need!! It was a great rental but would actually suggest booking through Cool Cabins directly because this site charges an additional $30

This cozy property is conveniently located just a short walk away from The Village, shops, restaurants, and more!

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
