Awesome stay! The house was equipped with everything you need from kitchen utensils to extra comforters and bed sheets. Very spacious and I personally liked the two bathrooms. I would definitely come back

Very cozy cabin. It is equiped with everything for your stay. Very spacious and clean. One bathroom is uptairs and the other one is downstairs, very convenient. Heating system works perflectly, so you won't feel the cold at all

I ended up at this home with a last-minute booking because the previous booking had canceled my reservation due to a water heater malfunction. I was so disappointed because nothing was available based on our group's budget. I booked this house based on my urge even though it was more expensive than the first one. My group was delighted with the house. Unfortunately, this rental didn’t have a jacuzzi as the prior booking. The house was great, but we had a few issues with the garage gate. However, maintenance arrived promptly to solve the problem. The toilets were flushing very slowly initially, so we assumed the heavy snow froze the pipes. We have a great time; this house is a plus!

During our stay, we were unable to drive up to our original rental due to the snow and location of the cabin. The staff at Cool Cabins gave us the choice of moving to a more accessible cabin. While our stay we enjoyed every part of it, from a clean inviting place, really warm showers & and extremely clean bed to rerewind & rest. Definitely will be booking our next trip through cool cabins!

The place we stayed was fine and we had space to relax and enjoy Big Bear. We could not find a broom or dust pan to sweep the floors, maybe that is something that can be provided to the next occupant. It would also be fun to cabin renters if a couple board games or a deck of cards were provided.

Apples Delight was a nice spot with a large yard for the kids to roam and play. It lacked a bit on kitchen essentials. The power did go out during our stay (in Big Bear area as a whole) and it would have been nice to have a lighter in the house to light the stove. Also, we tried to find a dustpan or broom to clean up crumbs and we couldn't find one, so pick up with a napkin was a bit annoying. Other than that, great find!

Just about the cleanest rental ever. Convenient in the big bear community. Neighborhood seems quiet. Easy to get to. Good parking spaces. It has all the amenities one needs. Would give it 5 stars, but the beds are not queens but doubles. The heater, downstairs, is effective but noisy enough you have to turn the TV volume to max to hear it when the heater is running. In winter it takes awhile before the upstairs warms up in the beginning, but fine after that. The place was comfortable and met the needs of four adults just fine. I would rent here again if I was okay with double beds.

I stayed here with my family of 4 and it felt so cozy and nice. I for sure will come back and stay here again in the future. We came here to relax and have a good time and this place made it feel comfortable to do so. It was not far away from the lake or stores and overall I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

We arrived at the Apple's Delight cabin on Feb 17th for the Presidents' Day weekend (#320033) and were lucky to catch a lot of snowfall. The best part about this cabin is that it has a HUGE backyard , you can literally use the backyard for snow sledding as it does have a gentle incline. The two main bedrooms, two full baths are large and spacious , the third room is quite narrow with bunkbeds, suitable for kids. I would have preferred a slightly larger living room area , hence I take away one star. Otherwise this is a great cabin close to almost anywhere you want to go in Big Bear . Recommended

Apples Delight is a gorgeous little home on Gilner Point in Big Bear Lake. This quaint property sits in a desirable location close to The Lake and The Village, ideal for a couple's getaway. Cabin decor and clean relaxing interiors invite you to step away to the mountains and relax.
LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 800+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, and a wood burning stove fireplace. Cuddle up on the sectional with plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Natural wood cabinetry, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps, fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Take in the fresh air on the partially covered deck while the kids play in the fenced yard. Enjoy the charcoal grill in warm weather for family barbecues.
