We had an amazing stay at this cozy and family-friendly cabin in Big Bear! The location couldn’t have been better—nestled in a quiet, scenic area yet just minutes away from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The cabin itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the outdoor space, and we appreciated how thoughtful the setup was, making it perfect for families. The host was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local activities. If you’re looking for a warm, inviting cabin close to everything Big Bear has to offer, this is the one! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location. Private parking was essential in our stay. Driveway parking made our stay feel easy. We had three young children and it was the perfect spot for our trip.

Nice place but pictures are misleading, rooms are smaller. Bathrooms are in need of renovation. It is actually worth the price but pictures make you think it should cost more.

My two girlfriends and I stayed at this cabin for a little getaway. It was just perfect. Everything was easy and the property manager was easy to communicate with when we needed a battery changed in a beeping smoke detector after we first arrived. The location is perfect, a beautiful view of the lake and located close to Big Bear Village. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a great place! Property manager was so helpful when we discovered a beeping smoke detector after our arrivals, they quickly sent out someone to change it. The cabin was clean and very cute. We enjoyed the fact that it is very close to Big Bear Village and other activities. I would love to come back!

The home had a recent makeover and felt new and bright. The loft was a cool space with a great view of the lake. A few more touches are needed to make it an amazing cool home. The outside, yard, and patios were sparsely furnished and unkempt. The kitchen was lightly stocked, with salt/pepper and seasonings. No oils for cooking or dressings and/or any condiments, this would have helped. Kettle, Kuerig, and coffee machine supplied, but no pods/t-bags. Coffee was included, no filters for the machine, Cool Cabins did reply promptly and delivered first thing the next day.

This rental was located in the center of everything. Walking distance to night life, bowling, and a boat dock. We enjoyed the amenities and was perfect for our small family. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back.

Enjoy the fireworks show on July 4th from the front balcony. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, markets, gift shops, ski resorts, restaurants, and bars.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, smart TV, gas fireplace, and large comfortable sectional living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom/loft has a queen bed, smart TV, half bath, and balcony. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Apple TV, Chromecast, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Front deck and upper balcony with views of the lake.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
