Beautiful cabin perfect for group of friends with kids! The game room, complete with a pool table, air hockey, and arcade games, provided endless fun for everyone. The spacious hot tub was wonderful for relaxing after a day of activities. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and the heater kept the entire house cozy and warm. The hosts thoughtfully provided an assortment of toys and other fun items, including Legos! Despite a few minor issues—sliding bathroom doors that didn't close and lock completely, a smaller water heater capacity, and a backyard and patio that needed a bit more maintenance—these did not detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this cabin for a perfect family getaway. It truly exceeded our expectations!

Cool Cabins couldn't have been easier to work with. Every thing was clean and plenty of everything. Even had coffee and everything you could think of. House was perfect for our family holiday. Very open and kid friendly and had 2 tables set up for 14. My children live up there but houses to small for get together. It was perfect for what we needed. The house has so many things to offer. A game room you won't believe. You will have fun.

Beautiful cabin! The kids enjoyed the play room to the max!! Loved the provided large doggie beds ☺️. Will definitely be coming back to this specific cabin. It is always such a pleasure renting through Cool Cabins.

Spent four days with the homies, place was perfect and more. There was space for all 10 of us to fit conformable. The game room and spa added so much to give a high end experience. And the best part was location, we were 2 minutes from the slopes and 5 minutes from the village. Best trip and will definitely be coming back!!!

Our family of 10 (9 adults and 1 child) stayed at Fox and Swan in June for our annual family gathering. It was the nicest cabin we've stayed in--living room was large enough to accommodate all of us (except the couches were very uncomfortable--too soft and hard to get out of), bedrooms were great with comfortable beds. We loved the double ovens--we made build your own pizzas one night. The 2kitchen/dining room tables allowed us to keep the large table for dinners, celebrations and card games. My son loved the open grill and cooked 3 great meals on it. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room. It was clean and beautiful. the game room was a hit with everyone! The 1/2 bath near the game room was a gift. The porch was large, covered and had very comfortable seating -- and 2 grills. We had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much. The new Cool Cabins office is nice too.

Decided we needed a spur of the moment trip to Big Bear. Our first thought was Big Bear Cool Cabins as we have rented through them previously and had a great experience. They did not disappoint! Check in was seamless and quick. The cabin we selected is Fox and Swan Chalet. It is just as the photos depicted. It has everything you would need or want! Great location and was spotless. We will definitely be back!! Check out was super easy. Our trip was great from start to finish. Thank you Big Bear Cool Cabins!

We just stayed here during the last snow storm and it was fantastic! The house is located on a cul de sac and it gave that extra plus for the kids to play out front. The house is large and updated. Easily fits a big family or sharing the space with multiple families. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a beautiful place!

The cabin is very nice! We went with 2 families and had plenty of room. The living room is beautiful and gives you that real cozy cabin feel. The kids enjoyed the game room. There is also a half bath that helped with having extra people. It's a minute drive to the mountain and zoo. We would stay here again.

The Fox & Swan Chalet was exceptional, the amenities and extras blew me away. This was our first time renting a cabin and it exceeded our expectations. The pics don't do this place justice, in that it's much more spacious than we expected. There was an beautiful Christmas tree near the fire place that enhanced the ambiance of the inviting cabin. It was the perfect winter getaway. We loved it so much we didn't even want to leave and explore Big Bear, it was that relaxing. Our four kids enjoyed the game room, which had a pool table and other snazzy games like board games and Legos. There was so much to do in this house, it pleasant and very comfortable. Our dog had a cozy bed to sleep on and she loved the chew toys left out for her. It was a relaxing atmosphere with televisions in every single bedroom. Plenty of toiletries and towels in cabinets and drawers. And the hot tub was great! My rowdy family loved it. There were some things that I had forgotten to bring, like my iphone charger. Well, guess what, they had chargers in the living room with multiple outlets and a charger in the master bedroom. The one in the master bedroom was super fancy and had speakers built in so I blasted my music while charging my phone. Big Bear does get chilly and there were two heaters one in the front of the cabin and the other in the master bedroom, so we stayed nice and toasty the entire time.There were plenty of extra snacks, I enjoyed a complimentary cocktail a vodka tonic to be precise. I felt like the owners provided everything you would need in the home. It was better than staying in a four star hotel. We cannot wait to return. Oh and one last thing, it was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. Fox & Swan Chalet was a memorable experience and it couldn't have come at a better time. With the pandemic, remote learning and all the stress and pressure that this year has brought it was so refreshing to get away and inhale the winter crisp air; relax on a cozy coach, drink wine and watch my family be happy!
