What started as a bad start to the weekend, our original Airbnb was not available due to heavy snow, turned into an amazing weekend. We were placed at a different location just 15 mins away. The second location was all we had hoped for and more; gorgeous area, perfect cabin, and the staff were super helpful. Huge shoutout to Wendy, who assisted with our questions and issues. Truth be told, upon arrival I accidentally locked us out of the Airbnb, left my phone with passcode inside, we called Airbnb call center who were useless, but when we called cool cabin directly, they were able to provide us the code. We had a wonderful experience we decided to stay another night. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a getaway. Thank you

perfect size cabin

This was the perfect size cabin for my family and I of 7 adults. All of the rooms were great in size and the living room, dining room and kitchen made it convenient and comfortable for us to stay in and cook. The back porch patio area was a nice addition but was not cleaned. The cabin had many moths so make sure to look out for that and keep your doors closed. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience.

We loved our cabin it was comfortable and cozy. Cool Cabins were very helpful and easy to work with The cabin was clean with fresh towels and clean bedding. We had a problem with tv but I called and somebody showed up in very short time to fix problem. I would definitely recommend to everyone

What can I say about the customer service... it was outstanding! Very knowledgeable personnel and they can all answer your questions or concerns on the spot. They have a CS text line that is fantastic get a answer back within a few minutes. If something is wrong or you are unhappy believe me they do what needs to be done to correct it and make it to your satisfaction. Check in and check out is easy breezy we even got a couple of doggie bowls and treats for my 4 legged family members thank you. Booking was also easy love it 3 time I've used them and I will continue to use them an future bookings

My husband and I and our French bulldog had a wonderful time celebration our wedding anniversary. The views from the back deck were breathtaking.. I loved being in the forest too..Cool cabins made our stay wonderful...thank you for quick responses whenever we had a question!

As soon as I walked in, I noticed the big dining table, comfortable couches, and a big and beautiful deck. There is two bedrooms on the bottom floor and one on the top, and a bathroom on each level. Moreover, the cabin has wi-fi, cable, a roku player, and it also has a DVD player. Since I love to grill, I was very happy that the place had a propane bbq on the deck. In addition, the cabin provided utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, and great service. At one point, there was a knock on my door. It was one of their employees, he had a big propane tank on his hands, he thought it was for us. I guess a different cabin ran out of propane and they were delivering a full tank to them. Great service! Overall, it was a great place to stay in, and I would definitely request Cool Cabins services once I decide to go back to Big Bear.

I had a wonderful time again renting from Big Bear cool cabins rented rest and Relax Inn it was beautiful it snowed when we were here cabin was so cozy everything that we need. Great service from the ladys in cool cabins perfect trip will be back..... Thank u

This cabin was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for our group with plenty of space and a great balcony. The views during the day where beautiful. We will defiantly stay here again.

When we got there it had snowed the day before the cabin look great but when we got inside n started the fire place it got cozy n fell in love whit the cabin n we said we got to come back n so here we are back again this year and years to come

Cut into a mountainside, staircase leading down to the front door, this bi-level chalet-style cabin features dramatic forest and slope views. Hillsides are covered with snow in winter, thousands of daffodils and other flowers in spring, shaded by oak leaves in summer, and full of color in the fall. 

LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 1,000+ sq. ft. home with a living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Entry level first bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed, a fireplace, a TV, a DVD player, and a deck. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with Roku and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Deck with a charcoal and gas barbecue and rustic log furniture. Fenced backyard.
