We loved this cabin! I was a little hesitant with the reviews, but I'm so glad I gave it a shot! It's on a nice quiet street. Beautiful view of the lake and ski slopes from the decks! The rooms are nice and had no smell as previously reviewed. The living room and fireplace was really nice with comfortable furniture! We did have an issue with the motion light staying on all night and shining in our room but they were responsive and sent someone out the next day to take care of it. We were fortunate to be there during the biggest snowstorm of this season and it was incredibly beautiful! We were able to make a little sledding path on the side of the house! We would love to stay again in the future!

This was a last minute reservation and Cool Cabins was super responsive and very helpful in making it happen. It was the first time I booked through them and they addressed all of my concerns and questions and provided a seamless process.

I will definitely do cool cabins for my next trip! It was super easy, the receptionist was nice and told me what I had to do and was in n out in no time. The cabin was super clean and beautiful. Definitely recommend using bigbearcoolcabins to anyone!

This place was really great. It's a very clean, cozy, and comfortable cabin. The floor plan was perfect with the bedrooms down stairs and the living area upstairs. The balcony and windows have an awesome view, everything worked great in the house, and it's not far from the city center at all. We would definitely book this place again.

What a beautiful cabin and location. Views of Bear Mountain as well as the lake - just absolutely gorgeous. The cabin is adorable, modern, well-appointed mountain decor. Such a treat to go up to Big Bear and be able to stay in such a great cabin.

Extensive deck and great views of the lake, forest, and ski slopes! Well-appointed two bedroom, two bath located near the top of Moonridge in close proximity to the slopes. Includes central AC and heat, a wood burning fireplace, cable TV, streaming apps, complimentary WiFi, board games and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Deck with patio furniture and propane barbecue. Washer dryer available.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, wood burning fireplace with gas starter, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second downstairs bedroom has 2 full/twin bunk beds and TV. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. TVs with cable and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy fireplace after a day on the slopes in the winter season! Cool off in one if the few homes with AC on the mountain in summer.

OUTDOORS - Large decks with mountain views.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Close to National Forest hiking trails
Bear Mountain - 1.7 miles
Snow Summit - 3.4 miles
Lake - 3.5 miles
Village - 4.9 miles

Other things to note: 
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.  
No smoking
No pets allowed. This includes service dogs (the owner is severely allergic)
