We loved our stay! The cabin was cute, well appointed, and very clean. They had board games and some consoles w/ games in the bedroom. The beds were super comfortable, as was the couch. Location was great, minutes to everything! Fenced yard was great for the dogs. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!

This cabin had everything my friends, dog, and I needed for a perfect little getaway to Big Bear. We loved walking around the quiet neighborhood and playing games around the fireplace. You can't beat the very short drive to town and the mountain!

Big Bear Cool Cabins has been amazing the several times we've visited Big Bear. In the summer and the snow. The website was helpful for finding a few choices but when we called to make a reservation the customer service was outstanding. Additional cabin options were provided based on what fun we wanted to have and proximity to everything. Already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.

What is a very quiet area the property itself please nice. Inside had everything we needed plus extras stove refrigerator pots pans linen towels pillows blankets didn't really need to take anything but food.

We have visited this cabin several times over the years and love it! It is comfortable and inviting. We just went during the summer and enjoyed sitting outside on the deck to take in the fresh mountain air. It is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants (Brewery and Mexican), a market and the Alpine slides. It has an access road right across the street which is great in the winter because it is open land perfect for playing/sledding. I have 3 young kids so not having to load up and drive somewhere is a huge plus!

Accompanied by my wife and two grandkids, I chanced upon this particular cabin in the hope it would be a nice place to spend a couple nights to see the snow and and attend the nearby tubing hill which my grandkids enjoy. I found the cabin very comfortable and conveniently located and so helped to make our christmas season getaway one that exceeded my expectations.

Cozy and quaint. It was a great place to unplug, down time outside, look at the stars. The location was great -- right by the lake and the village. Easy walking distance to a brewery/restaurant and a convenience store.

We enjoyed our two night stay. It was our first time in Big Bear so we just went in open minded. The beds and couch were very comfortable. I could have easily slept well on the couch (didnt try and pull out the bed). The fenced in yard made it great to enjoy the evening and not need to worry about the dogs running down the block! This is what made me choose this rental over others. The street was quiet which was great. It was nice to sit out on the back porch and enjoy the stars, but there could have been a little more seating. We felt very safe walking the dogs around the neighborhood at night. I wouldn't recommend this particular cabin for more than 2 or 3 adults due to the size. The second bedroom would be great for kids. They also had some board games for family fun. There was a connection issue with the t.v. but we texted maintenance and it was fixed very quickly! They sent someone over and he was polite and helpful. Just and FYI for others who haven't been there, most cabins do not have a/c. The fans provided definitely helped! We were also there in the beginning of August. Kitchen is small but we were able to make a few cooked meals. It's walking distance to a few restaurants and a short drive to the village. I wouldn't walk to the village as it's not lit well and the road isn't pedestrian friendly. If you're looking for a low maintenance, easy going getaway I'd recommend this place. I would stay again. A few updates (nothing major) to the property would be helpful, but being its pet friendly I understand that!
Definitely looking forward for our next mountain vacation with Big Bear Cool Cabins!

Our stay at Mountain Memories Cabin was amazing, the cabin was cozy and very clean, it has everything we needed, it is so beautiful. I have to mention the people at the check in office is very kind and professional, they even gave us treats and a toy for our dog.Definitely looking forward for our next mountain vacation with Big Bear Cool Cabins!

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
