My family and I, had a great experience of lodging at Big Bear Cool Cabins. We stayed for three nights at Nicole's Happy Place. On our second night, we experienced a stormy weather so the electricity was off for 4 hours. Luckily, Cool Cabins gave us a complementary of fire woods for our fire place to keep us warm for the night. Other than that our stay was terrific. We cooked our meals during our stay in the lovely little kitchen and did barbecuing at the very scenic backyard. Difinitely recommended!

Great 1920s A frame cabin. Very cozy in a very quiet lovely neighborhood that is within minutes of everything in Big Bear Lake. Only problem was with the previous occupant leaving food garbage in a can outside (big no no, it's called big Bear for a reason) but it was resolved within a few minutes as they sent someone to collect it. Loved it

It had just snowed and peak of season prices. We felt it was well priced for a last minute booking. Our visit was to snow board with our kids. So we needed something low priced knowing we wouldn't be inside much. We didn't expect anything fancy but it was cute and rustic. Just perfect for a few nights while using the outdoors. Everything was as expected and we enjoyed the rustic vibe for our 9 & 11 yr old boys experience.

This Cabin is very Cute & Fun to stay in. Very nice backyard and spacious front yard. We are return customers of Big Bear Cool Cabins and of Nicole's Happy Place Cabin and we appreciate the owners making this cabin available for us to rent. We also appreciate the good service from the staff at Big Bear Cool Cabins. We look forward to a return stay in the near future.

Nicole's Happy Place is an ideal location for your mountain getaway. Packed full of mountain charm and centrally located, you'll make beautiful memories at this quaint mountain home.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a charming wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Beautiful granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. TVs with cable and fast WiFi. Relax in the glow of the cozy wood burning stove fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Fenced backyard with a charcoal barbecue and lots of space for family gatherings.

PARKING - 1 car driveway. No charging of electric vehicles or RV hookups permitted at this property.

Snow Summit - 3 miles
Lake - 2.1 miles
Village - 3.1 miles

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
